  • Is the community pet-friendly?

    Yes, Starland Village is a pet-friendly community, with a pet-wash station on site! 2 pets per home are welcome, fees and breed restrictions may apply!


  • What floor plans do you offer?

    Starland Village offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes, with many different layouts to choose from! Check out our “Floorplans” tab for layouts, square footage, pricing, and more!


  • Is parking available for residents?

    Our community has three different options for parking to suit your personal needs! Gated, covered, or parking lot options are offered, subject to availability and varied pricing.

  • Is there bicycle storage?

    Starland Village has free bicycle storage for residents in both the South and the North Towers!

  • Is the community walkable?

    Our community is located in the heart of the Starland District, with coffee shops, local restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and bars all within walking distance! Check out our “Neighborhood” tab to see some of our favorite spots in town!

  • What amenities are available?

    Starland Village has a resident lounge, an outdoor courtyard with barbecue grills, art gallery, conference rooms, a rooftop terrace overlooking Savannah, a fitness center and an entertainment clubroom equipped with a catering kitchen!

  • Is there in-unit laundry?

    Yes, your future home has in-unit brand-new Whirlpool appliances including a washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher!

  • Is there controlled access?

    Starland Village utilizes the Butterfly-MX access control system. You can download the app on your phone, use the code, and access the callbox

  • Am I allowed to Sublet my apartment home?

    Starland Village does not allow subletting at our community. All residents must go through the application process and be listed on the lease agreement.

  • Where is Starland Village located?

    We are located at 2213 Bull Street Savannah, GA right in the heart of the Starland District! In between 38th and 39th street, right next to Arts Southeast and Big Bon Bodega.

  • Who is the internet provider?

    Hargray is our internet provider, we set up everything for the resident prior to move-in, their team has 24/7 customer service if you have any questions at all!

  • How do I set up utilities?

    Starland Village provides a Welcome Home letter that includes a detailed set-up guide for a smooth transition into your new home.

  • Is renter’s insurance required?

    Yes, our community requires a $100,000 minimum for personal liability insurance. If you do not register on your own, you will be automatically enrolled in POPIC renter’s insurance, monthly fees will apply.

  • Do you have incentives for specific employers or a Preferred Employer Program?

    Yes, we do have a Preferred Employer Program. We are so happy to help support our local workers, so if you work for one of the below companies, please let us know during your tours for $1,000 off your rent!
